Return & Refund Policy
At Anoras Cash N Carry, we want you to be satisfied with every order. Because we are a grocery and cash-and-carry store handling perishable and consumable goods, our return policy is limited and category-specific. Please read the terms below carefully.
Reporting a Problem
Return and refund requests must be reported within 2–3 business days of pickup or delivery. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted. To start a request, contact us at anorascashncarry@gmail.com or call the store before returning any item.
Conditions for a Return
Where an item is returnable, it must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for every return or refund request. For items that are damaged, incorrect, leaking, spoiled, or expired, we may ask for photo evidence to help us review your claim quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
For food safety and hygiene reasons, the following are generally non-returnable except when the item is incorrect, damaged, defective, leaking, spoiled, or expired at the time of pickup or delivery:
- Fresh produce
- Dairy and paneer
- Frozen foods once thawed or temperature-compromised
- Bakery items
- Sweets once opened after purchase
- Beverages once opened after purchase
- Personal care and hygiene items
- Medicines and wellness products where resale is not appropriate
- Pooja and religious items once opened or used
- Sale, clearance, and final-sale items
- Gift cards
- Any item opened, used, or missing its original packaging where applicable
Perishable items are generally non-returnable unless they are defective, incorrect, or spoiled at the time of receipt. Food safety and hygiene limitations apply to all returns.
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
Our Right to Deny a Return
Anoras Cash N Carry reserves the right to deny any return or refund request that does not meet the conditions of this policy.
