    How to Use

    For whole moong dal: soak overnight, drain and pressure cook with 3.5 cups water for 5–6 whistles until fully tender. Prepare a spiced tadka to finish. For sprouts: soak overnight, drain, wrap in a damp cloth or place in a sprouting jar and rinse every 12 hours. Ready in 24–48 hours. Use fresh moong sprouts in salads, stir-fries, bhel puri and Indian chaats. For moong cheela (pancakes): soak, grind into a batter and cook on a hot griddle.
