    How to Use

    Soak whole urad dal (black lentils) and kidney beans overnight. Pressure cook until very tender. Prepare a tomato-ginger-garlic base with MDH Dal Makhani Masala in butter. Combine with cooked lentils and simmer on very low heat for 2-4 hours (longer is better). Finish with butter and cream.
